This pre-sale mechanical inspection has been conducted at the request of the vessel owner (the “Seller”) and is provided solely for their informational benefit.

This report reflects the observable condition of the vessel’s mechanical systems at the time of inspection only. The inspection is limited to a non-invasive, visual and operational assessment of accessible components and does not include dismantling, destructive testing, or comprehensive system disassembly.

This inspection is not a warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, of the vessel’s condition, performance, or future reliability. Mechanical and electrical components may fail without warning, and conditions may change after the date of inspection.

This report does not replace a buyer’s independent pre-purchase inspection or marine survey. All prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain their own qualified inspection and/or survey prior to completing a purchase.
